Hi! I’m Anna Narvaes, owner of Mountain Kids Louisville and proud mom to three amazing kids—Francesca, Catalina, and Ceruleo. As a busy mom, I know first hand the joys and challenges of raising active children, and that experience deeply shapes the programs we create at Mountain Kids.
A Family Business
A tried and true family owned business my parents, Ron and Mary Baretta, founded Mountain Gymnastics Training Center in Fort Collins, Colorado in 1976. My Dad was a collegiate gymnast, WAC all-around champion and 2002 Colorado State University Sports Hall of Fame inductee and my Mom held a BA in Dance.
Growing up in the gym, I competed nationally alongside my sisters, then later earned degrees from Colorado State University and the University of Denver. After starting my professional career in real estate development, I found I missed working with kids—so in 2004, I opened Mountain Kids Louisville alongside my parents. I became the sole owner in 2015, and our family-owned business is now celebrating over 20 years of helping children thrive.

Our vision remains simple and heartfelt: to help every child build confidence, physical skills, and a lifelong love of learning in a safe, positive environment. We do this through caring, highly trained coaches who are passionate about nurturing happy, healthy kids. Our dance faculty—professional dancers with formal training—brings the same inspiring approach to every class
