Students demonstrate mastery of essential safety techniques and the ability to stay focused while following Ninja standards and direction. They build strong proficiency in beginner progressions—such as rolling, hand support, spotted flipping, early wall progressions, precisions, kicking technique, and basic transitions—before advancing into new challenges like solo flipping, jump–kick–flip combinations, turning and flipping, and introductory skills like window escapes.
Uniform Required: In an effort to promote discipline and unity, Ninja Zone requires all ninjas to wear uniforms (t-shirt & headband) for all Ninja Zone classes. Uniforms may be purchased at our front desk.

What is a Ninja Mission?
A mission ceremony is for the advancement of ninjas to move up to the next level.
When Ninjas are ready to move to the next level, they are invited to attend a mission ceremony. At their mission, Ninjas will be evaluated on mastery of their skills and on the creed.
