Must Complete White Ninja Mission to enroll in Yellow. (What is a Ninja Mission?)

This program builds a strong foundation in fundamental body movement while guiding students from basic skills into more intermediate and advanced progressions, including backflip development, vaulting, and wall and bar techniques, all designed to improve core strength and speed. Throughout the training, strong emphasis is placed on safety—especially proper falling, landing, and smooth transitions.

Uniform Required: In an effort to promote discipline and unity, Ninja Zone requires all ninjas to wear uniforms (t-shirt & headband) for all Ninja Zone classes. Uniforms may be purchased at our front desk.
