Policies

Agreement to our payment policies below will be required for enrollment and are provided below for your review.

4-WEEK MINIMUM: 

Minimum enrollment of four weeks for the summer is required. Weeks do NOT need to be consecutive.


PAYMENT POLICIES:

By registering for summer camp you agree to the following payment policies.

AUTO DEBIT AUTHORIZATION

I, the responsible adult, authorize Mountain Kids to debit my credit card on the Monday prior to each camp week reserved. I understand camp tuition is due on Monday one full week prior to my next scheduled week of camp. I understand I will NOT receive a tuition reminder and it is my responsibility to be aware of the scheduled automatic debit.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
  1. Schedule changes and cancellations must be made by Sunday one full week prior to the week you wish to cancel/change and submitted via email to camp@mountainkidslouisville.com. Changes will be accepted as space allows. Campers may not drop to less than 4 weeks of enrollment. Should a family need to withdraw to less than 4 weeks of camp due to a change in schedule and cannot find a suitable replacement week, the family is still financially responsible for meeting the minimum 4-week commitment.
  2. Weekly deposits are non-refundable at any time. Weekly deposits are transferable until April 1st.
  3. Weekly deposits are non-transferable after April 1st.
  4. Make-ups are not offered for absences, and no part of the camp fee is refundable/transferable for absences.

 

Tuition is all inclusive

with the optional private swim lesson add-on offered during weeks 2 and 3.

Your initial deposit includes: the registration fee of $99 and $50 deposit for each week reserved. Minimum 4 weeks is required.
