Tuition is automatically debited from the credit card on file on Monday, seven days prior to the next scheduled week of camp.

The “Magic” of a 4-Week Commitment
We’ve spent over two decades perfecting our program, and we’ve learned this is where the magic happens! A minimum four-week enrollment (which can be non-consecutive) allows campers to build meaningful friendships and truly feel a sense of belonging. Imagine your child returning to familiar faces and sharing new adventures—it’s how we create lasting memories and an exceptional summer for everyone.
Mountain Kids partners with a certified nurse to ensure medications are administered safely and correctly.
To provide medication at camp the following information MUST be received upon your registration.
Important: Paperwork must be submitted to confirm your registration.
- Submit current paperwork signed by a doctor (where applicable).
- Provide medication in its original pharmacy-labeled container.
- Ensure all medications are current (not expired).
- Upload health forms using the provided link.
- Camp Activities: 8:45 AM – 3:30 PM
- Complimentary Before & After Care: 7:30 AM-8:45 AM and 3:30 PM-5:30 PM
- Time: 7:30 – 8:45 AM
- Location: Mountain Kids building
- Process: Use the QR code each morning to complete digital sign-in and select a pick-up time.
- Location: From the Camp Rooms Inside
- Process: Campers must be signed out manually on the check-out sheet.
Before and after care is complimentary:
- Drop-Off: Anytime between 7:30 AM – 8:45 AM
- Pick-Up: Anytime between 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Each morning, families will select a pick-up time frame so campers are ready to go upon your arrival. Arriving outside the selected time frame may result in a short wait while staff get your camper ready for pick-up.
Due to the mobile nature of camp activities, we are unable to accommodate late drop offs or early pick ups while offsite. There are however certain days that the camp is onsite and those days we are happy to accommodate late drop off/early pickups with notice. Please email

If someone other than a parent is picking up a camper:
- Email camp@mountainkidslouisville.com with the person’s name.
- The individual must show a valid ID at pick-up.
No – Phones, tablets, and other electronic devices are not allowed at camp. Mountain Kids is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Weekly schedules are emailed each Friday before the upcoming week.
These emails include:
- The week’s activity schedule
- Links to any required waivers
- Schedules for the first three weeks of camp will be available for preview in May.
Many field trips require waivers:
- Links to online waivers will be included in the weekly parent email.
- If a paper waiver is needed, it will be available to sign at drop-off.
Swimming is a key part of the camp experience.
- Swim Lessons: Offered during weeks 2 and 3 with Colorado Swim School.
- Open Swim: Campers stay in the splash area until they pass the pool’s swim test.
- Safety: Staff are both on deck and in the water supervising campers.
Campers are grouped by upcoming school grade as follows:
- Bobcats: Incoming Kindergarten – 2nd Grade
- Bears: Incoming 3rd Grade – 5th Grade
- Campers may occasionally be reassigned to balance group sizes. Parents will be notified of any changes.
Changes must be made by Sunday one full week prior to the week you wish to change and
submitted via email to camp@mountainkidslouisville.com.
Please remember registration fees and weekly deposits are non-refundable.
If a suitable replacement week cannot be found, families remain financially responsible for the initial 4-week registration commitment.
If a camper cannot attend on a scheduled day, email camp@mountainkidslouisville.com to notify staff.
Please note that refunds, credits, or make-up days are not offered for any reason.
Cancellations must be made by Sunday one full week prior to the week you wish to cancel and submitted via email to camp@mountainkidslouisville.com. Campers may not drop to less than 4 weeks of enrollment. Should a family need to withdraw to less than 4 weeks of camp due to a change in schedule and cannot find a suitable replacement week, the family is still financially responsible for meeting the minimum 4-week commitment.
