Yes, all party guests MUST have a parent signed Birthday Party Waiver to participate in activities – so please pass this link to all of your guests. (Sorry there are absolutely no exceptions). What does the birthday party package include?
1 ½ hour Gymnastics or Ninja themed birthday parties for up to 20 guests includes: 1 hour of gymnastics or Ninja with our enthusiastic birthday party host, a gigantic obstacle course, trampoline, games, relays, parachute play or dance activities and 1⁄2 hour of party time for cake and other party activities. We provide the party host, table coverings, forks, party favors, and of course take care of the entire cleanup!
How much does it cost to host a birthday party at Mountain Kids?
Our standard package is $460.
One hour of time in the gym with two amazing hosts and 30 minutes of party time!
Currently enrolled students receive $15 discount on all parties. Gratuity is additional and always appreciated.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Please check our current cancellation terms when booking — we understand plans can change and do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer two great discounts:
- Siblings: Families with more than one student pay full price for the highest tuition class and receive a 10% discount on each additional student.
- Multi-class: Students taking more than one gymnastics or ninja class per week get a 10% discount on each additional class.

We ask that kiddos under 5 have a grown up stay during class to help with bathroom runs, water breaks, or other needs. Parents are welcome to leave students 5yrs and older who can use the bathroom independently. Please let your kiddo know if you will not be staying for the duration of class.
